By accessing or using any website, product, or service provided by Edison Forge ("Edison Forge," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Individual Edison Forge products may have additional terms specific to their functionality.

All content, code, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Edison Forge products are owned by Edison Forge or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our products. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely as needed to provide the service.
For paid products, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or purchase. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edison Forge and its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Edison Forge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50.00 USD).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edison Forge and its owner from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or any content you submit or make available through our services.
You acknowledge that software may contain bugs or errors and that you use our services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and for evaluating the suitability of our services for your intended use. Edison Forge is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by our services.
You may stop using our services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to us, our users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
